Page 4: A La Creme, Bon Appetit!

A La Creme!

My Daddy never ceased to amaze me with his taste buds. He really fascinates me with his diverse ideas of restaurants. First, is the City Grill located in Pampanga, then A La Creme, still in Pampanga. My father was destined in Pampanga because of his work so he really knew a lot of places there. Dining in A La Creme made me feel like an elite even just for one day. I ate pork steak, it is a steak grilled to perfection, with mashed potatoes and mushroom gravy, paired with vegetables like carrots and beans. I love my sister's order, Prawn steak. Steak with melted cheese, paired with grilled prawns (definitely big!) and vegetable sidings. My mother ordered Caesar salad, not "just" a salad, it was Caesar Salad! definitely one of the best salads i had ever tasted. I forgot what my father ordered but I think it was chicken steak. That too, was delicious. I rally enjoyed dining there, but another entertainment that I remember in A La Creme was when my little brother, who was very sleepy that time, ordered a pork steak, then fell asleep. When he woke up, we were in my Daddy's apartment in Pampanga. He curiously asked where his order was, and Daddy quickly replied "Matulog ka na Jgar, nananaginip ka lang!" We had fun, even though it cost us a lot, but still, I had a once in a lifetime experience. Bon Appetit! :)

Page 3: Bye Manila, Hello Mt. Makiling!

Hi UPLB! You've made my day yesterday. We had our Outbound Education trip yesterday, at UPLB, Botanical Garden, and Mt. Makiling. 2 words: Tiring but FUN! :D First, we visited different rooms with exotic creatures preserved. I was awed with what I saw: Cyclops. one-eyed creatures do exist but very rare. Then we met Kuya Randy, and toured us into the deep woods and explained various kinds of trees (but still, every tree looks the same to me ^_^) And then the Finale, our trekking to Mt. Makiling which we know what the end result will be, a river where we can remove the dirt and dip in it like carabaos do. We really had fun yesterday, but compared to our OB last year, nothing can beat it. Thank God we got home safe and thank God we had the chance to experience this trip. :)

Page 2: Peking Garden

We went to Peking Garden last night. It was such an amazing experience for me to dine in a class restaurant. I ate my favorite sweet and sour pork, beef and broccoli, and yang chow. I shoved it all in my mouth. very scrumptious I tell you. But it takes some fortune to eat here. after eating, we took a stroll around (hoping I would find a place where wi-fi is free ^_^), my sister and I bought a Caramel Frappuccino and played in Time Zone. :) I really enjoyed the gun-thingy where in you have to shoot the zombies and other games like that. Basketball also continue to amaze me.

My father and his college friends went to Cafe Breton and chatted 'til it was 10:00. When we went home, the road was very clogged with vehicles, all excited to go home and rest. It was so fun last night and i would also like to thanks my ninang for financing our dinner. :) Thanks ninang, hope you'll find the right one for you. :) Don't worry, he's on his way.

For those who love foods and traveling, hope you enjoy reading this. :) Thanks and God bless!
